Hi, I’m Jody.
I’m a Creative Arts Practitioner and Early Childhood Educator.
At Inspired Art & Wellness, I support women and children through a compassionate, creative and holistic approach to wellbeing. My integrative practice combines creative art, mindfulness and evidence-informed methods to nurture confidence, self-expression and personal growth.
I specialise in working with women and children experiencing life transitions, everyday challenges, and neurodiversity, offering early intervention and ongoing creative support for NDIS plan-managed, self-managed and private clients.Â
My work with children focuses on strengthening confidence, emotional regulation and resilience at their developmental level through child-centred, play-based and creative experiences that support communication, self-awareness and emotional understanding. This includes the use of nature, movement, sand-tray, clay, expressive painting and imaginative play. I also have emotional-support animal companions, including curious chickens and a gentle dog, who are available, when appropriate to help children build emotional regulation and a sense of calm through playful connection.
I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, walking beside you as you reconnect with your inner strengths and supporting growth in a safe, creative and empowering way.
Based in Rockingham, WA, I offer both in-person and online services across Australia.
